PHOTOGRAPHERS, INFLUENCERS AND PHOTO POLICY

VISITOR CONSENT
Dave’s Pumpkin Patch may photograph, film, or videotape visitors for educational and promotional purposes. By visiting the Patch, you consent to the use of your likeness, voice, or video image for these purposes.
PRIVACY AND VISITOR EXPERIENCE
Please be mindful that you're photography or video activities respect the needs and privacy of other visitors and do not distract staff from their primary duties. Photographers and videographers must not impede visitor traffic flow, obstruct operations, interfere with patrons, block entrances, exits, or walkways, or otherwise endanger the safety of the Patch, its visitors, or employees.
The Patch reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to withhold and/or withdraw permission to photograph or videotape on its premises if it is a disruption and/or is perceived that it might endanger staff or other guests.
EQUIPMENT, LIVE-STREAMING and INFLUENCERS

Only hand-held equipment may be used. No tripods, monopods, or other stationary auxiliary equipment such as lighting and cables are permitted in the Patch.

Selfie sticks are not allowed

Live streaming is permitted in the Patch, subject to the same conditions described above. We ask that live broadcasts respect the privacy of other visitors, and that staff not be interviewed or otherwise engaged in a way that takes them away from their primary job duties. We also request tagging location as Dave’s Pumpkin Patch.

For the safety of everyone involved, drones are not allowed at the Patch.
COMMERCIAL, EDUCATIONAL, AND STUDENT PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY
All commercial film, video, or photo production requires prior consent and reservation. Commercial productions include but are not limited to any activity that results in a film, video, or photograph being sold; or any activity involving filming or photography for which crew and/or talent is paid. This includes non-profit and student productions.

PHOTOGRAPHER FEE PAYMENT
A $75.00 photographer fee is required per family brought to the farm by a professional or amateur photographer. A “family” is defined as a group of one or more persons that are participating in the same photo shoot. A “professional” or "amateur" photographer is defined as one who shoots photos with the intent of delivering them to a client or friend/family member, whether for profit or not. We accept cash or checks. No deposit is required. No payments will be accepted prior to the day of your appointment. Paying the photographer fee does not guarantee that you will have the property to yourself. Appointments are scheduled during normal business hours only.
OCTOBER APPOINTMENTS
Appointments must be booked in advance using our online form below. The photographer and their clients are required to pay the public wristband/ticket fee where applicable. The photographer must check in at the cashier station. The photographer will sign the Photographer Agreement and submit payment to the cashier. Photographers must provide a valid Photo ID in exchange for an official photographer lanyard. The cashier will keep your ID on file during the duration of your shoot. Please meet your clients near the front entrance. Vierra Farms is not responsible for locating you or your clients at any time. Upon exiting, please return the photographer's lanyard to the cashier and pick up your photo ID.
AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT DATES
The only appointments available are those listed on the online form. No additional dates will be added throughout the season. We do not offer any advanced dates for free promotional shoots.
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
There is no penalty for cancellations or no-shows. If you would like to reschedule, please submit a new request form at xxx. There is no need to notify us about a canceled or rescheduled appointment.

WHERE YOU CAN SHOOT
Keep out of homes, backyards, buildings, farm equipment, the orchard, and all areas posted “no trespassing”.
PROPS
All props must be small enough to carry in from the parking lot. Vehicles are not permitted to drive onto the property to drop off props. The use of furniture or prop areas is allowed. Under no circumstances are photographers or guests allowed to move or remove props from our decorated areas.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
No alcohol, glitter, or confetti. No boudoir photography sessions will be allowed. Please be respectful of our farm and refrain from littering.
PETS
Well-behaved pets are allowed and must be kept on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your pet.
CAUTION
Be aware of bugs, tree stumps, live animals, moving vehicles, and other environmental hazards. Vierra Farms, Dave’s Pumpkin Patch, is not responsible for any injuries sustained or lost, stolen, or damaged items.
WE WILL PROVIDE A COPY OF THIS AGREEMENT FOR THE PHOTOGRAPHER TO SIGN AND ACCEPT PAYMENT UPON ARRIVAL ON THE APPOINTMENT DATE ONLY.
